Stuffed Avocados Four Ways

These suckers were about to go bad, so I decided to have a little fun in the kitchen, and created 4 tasty stuffings. Not the quickest way to enjoy avocados, but they look so pretty stuffed! Feel free to add your own unique twist to these recipes. Stuffed avacados

Note: Each recipe yields stuffing for 4 avocado halves, so consider increasing or reducing ingredients depending on how many avocados you’re stuffing

This looks super yummy but I read that avocados have 320 calories each. Does that mean I need to take it easy on the higher calorie foods for the rest of the day if I am eating this?

Yes! Avocados are packed with healthy fats, but you don’t wanna go crazy on them because they are pretty high on the calorie side. This would make for a good appetizer, and I would recommend only doing 1/2 of the avocado. Share the other half with a friend!

Avocados provide numerous health benefits, as they are naturally rich in nutrients and these stuffed avocados look very tasty.
