Hi! I’m Catherine, but you can call me Katie! I am a lover of all things food and fitness. I played volleyball for about 14 years and I am an avid runner. I have run a few half marathons, two full marathons, and a nice assortment of fun races. I live for my vegetables, but I also love a decadent dessert. I think that health and happiness come from a balance of the joys of indulging combined with the richness of living healthy!
